Wooten, Kimbrough & Normand, P.A., hosted the July 2011 meeting of the American Board of Trial Advocates, Florida Chapter.  ABOTA is an organization made up of attorneys of paramount skill, civility and integrity who strive to achieve the highest level of advocacy while educating the public about the vital importance of personal liberty and the Seventh Amendment right to a trial by jury.  All partners of WKN are members of ABOTA.

In May 2011, Orman L. Kimbrough, Jr., served as a faculty member at the Florida Bar Advanced Trial Advocacy Seminar held at the University of Florida, Levin College of Law.  Mr. Kimbrough was one of several Florida Bar members, which included attorneys and judges from across the state, who participated in teaching this intense course which is held annually.

Orman L. Kimbrough, Jr., has been re-appointed to serve on the Board of the Central Florida YMCA, Finance and Development Committee.  Mr. Kimbrough has been active with the local YMCA community for several years
